2、灵活方便。网络教育的另一个特性就是方便、灵活。网络教育的学习者可以在任何时间、任何地点进行学习。除此之外，学习者还可以自己掌握学习进度。

Moreover, you have risk to find the bad persons when chat in chat room especially women. You can found the crime news on the newspapers.
